Your role is to secure new business for the company, this will involve calling new leads or leads that have been on the system for over 6 months that haven't been contacted, you will be champions of Continal and help push our quality products, brand and market leading customer service. You will be trained to become the best at what you do, this will then come across in the conversations that you have with the customers.
In this role you will provide support and project advice regarding the suitability and installation of Underfloor heating whilst at the same time building rapport with customers to ensure you meet and exceed your sales baselines. It is crucial that you have the knowledge to help the customer project manage their builds, we will give you all the tools to be able to achieve this.
£23,795 - plus commission.
5% of the CGP% figure from the sale for the first 3 sales to a new customer (or a customer that hasn't been contacted by the company in 6 months).
Reports to - Head of sales
If sales baselines are hit, we would expect you to earn at least £30,000 year one.
(Based on 10 sales per month at an average CGP of £1000 per sale).
